Mother alleging Spears was drugged
Britney Spears' mother has alleged that the 26-year-old isaac Merrit Singer was "drugged" by her self-styled handler, Surface-to-air missile Lufti, in order to remove command of her life sentence, home and money.
Reuters reports that Lynne Spears' allegations were contained in a sworn declaration submitted to the judicature in order of magnitude to obtain a temporary restraining decree against Lufti.
The restraining order against Lufti forbids him from contacting Spears in any room.
In the declaration, Lynne Spears alleged: "Mr Lutfi drugged Britney. He has cut Britney's home base telephone strain and removed her cell chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything - Britney's business manager, her attorneys and security guards at the gate."
Lynne Spears describes arriving at her daughter's domicile on 28 Jan and finding her in a confused department of State.
She said: "Britney... became very agitated and could non stop moving. She cleaned the sign of the zodiac. She changed her clothes many times. She likewise changed her dogs' clothes many multiplication. Britney radius to me in a tone and with the spirit level of sympathy of a very young girl."
The singer's mother claims that Lufti told her and a friend that he gave the 26-year-old tablets ground up in her nutrient to keep her tranquillity and told the troubled entertainer that she had to take in "10 pills a day" if she wanted to see her deuce young sons.
Britney Spears' father Jamie and attorney Saint Andrew the Apostle Wallete have been granted temp control of the star's assets, pending further legal transactions.
A judge has ruled that Spears must be examined by a court-appointed psychiatrist to define if she understands the legal legal proceeding.
